Getting Started

No. You can request your first quote without creating an account. Simply upload your CAD file, provide your email, and submit your request. If you move forward with production, an account will be created to help you track orders, access files, and manage future projects.

We support a broad range of CAD and 3D file formats—including STL, STEP, IGES, OBJ, 3MF, and native formats from SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, CATIA, Creo, and more. For the smoothest collaboration and data integrity, STEP files are preferred.

To provide the most accurate quote, we recommend including:

  • CAD file or technical drawing
  • Desired material or application requirements
  • Quantity needed
  • Timeline or deadline
  • Surface finish or post-processing requirements

Orders & Account Management

After logging in to your account, you can view:

You will also receive email notifications as your order progresses through production.

Yes. Existing customers can log in to their account, access their order history, and reorder previous parts without re-uploading files or re-entering specifications.

IA3D sends all project documentation directly through email to keep records centralized and easy to access. Depending on your project, documentation may include invoices, packing slips, material certifications, inspection reports, and related manufacturing records.

Original uploaded CAD files remain securely stored within your client account and are never shared outside IA3D without authorization.

Security & Support

Absolutely.

Protecting your intellectual property is part of how we do business. Every file uploaded through the IA3D client portal is protected with AES-256 encryption during transfer and storage, and the platform is backed by ISO 27001 certified security standards.

Your CAD files, drawings, and project data are never shared without your permission. We treat every uploaded file as confidential under an implicit NDA policy. If your organization requires formal documentation, we are happy to provide a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement upon request before any files are submitted.
